I would say it isn't a fight that should be missed. Warcraft, War of the Ancients 3: The Sundering, by Richard A. The night elves and other races of Azeroth are perched on the edge of losing their lives and their world to the Burning Legion.Knaak created a truly epic story in this trilogy, taking the story and universe of Blizzard's award winning game series and creating memorable characters, an intriguing plot, and fantastic battles. 5/5.
Little things will likely click into place in your mind as you read the book; I know I have some new questions and theories about why things are the way they are in the Warcraft universe. The War of the Ancients is a trilogy I'm apt to read when I'm a little sick of playing World of Warcraft, and it almost always generates interest in playing again. Why Mount Hyjal is an important part of the landscape. How Malfurion became the first of the druids.
"The Sundering" has to wrap up all the loose ends of the previous two books, and it does that in a very nice manner. I loved knowing what happened to Illidan.how he went evil. Knaak"The Sundering" is the final installment in the War of the Ancients trilogy, a series set in the universe of World of Warcraft. As I've said about the other books in the trilogy, "The Sundering" is full of lore that will make any Warcraft fan happy.
And normally I'm not a real fan of too many battle scenes, but the final battle in "The Sundering" is very enjoyable; Knaak has a knack for writing good battles. He had to play in a world where many readers will already know most of the storyline, but didn't let that stop him from delivering a very enjoyable series. I read most of this book in 2 sittings, as I was eager to know how everything would finish up.
It explains a lot about the game and the relationship of the characters. This is the third part of the trilogy and wraps things up nicely, while leeting you know what is to come.
Richard knakk really sets the pace and the scene with his writing in this book.The end was sudden and tragic however like every good fairy tale we are left with hope and purpose.Brilliant5/5 The characters are so well portrayed and the events that take place are spectacular. This is what can only be described as a fantastic final chapter in the war of the ancients series. This book was so fantastic i was immersed into the warcraft universe so much everything else meant nothing.
for the ppl allready into warcraft lore let me tell you, you will not get enough sleep until you are done with all 3 books (and you will want more). Definetly get books 1 and 2 before geting this one. If you are new to warcraft universe the triology does a good job of explaining who and what things are.

Battles, magic, gods, secret passages and intrigue, all the elements of a classic epic fantasy. This, the first installment of The Morcyth Saga is a great beginning for a new author.
This trilogy has captivated me from beginning to end. Lost too much sleep because of it.**A book I would also recommend is The Unsuspecting Mage by Brian S.
Any fantasy reader will enjoy it The battles were especially heart pounding.
The first two were good, but this one blew me away.
